This foundation was founded 2015 with the sole of aim research into Tropical Diseases and implement the research results. Tropical Diseases have destroyed millions of lives across the Tropical Regions of the World as a result of ignorance and poor accessibility to healthcare. Motivated with love for humanity, we are out here to save poor, ignorant and lost from the imminent danger posed by Tropical Diseases.
Our Mission
To partner with government agencies, communities, NGOs and opinion leaders to improve the quality of lives of communities in the tropics through health promotion, knowledge, advancement and environmental care
Our Vision
To be one of the reputable community based indigenous NGOs in Africa in terms of accountability to donors and resource rights
Achievements
- Biomedical Service Provision to over 500 internally displaced persons at Mayo Dassa IDP camp in 2015
- Yealy Advocacy Campaign to Secondary schools: For Awareness and Vaccination against Neglected Tropical Diseases. Over 5000 students reached so far and still counting
- Distribution of Ivermectin and Albenderzol to curb the transmission of onchocerciasis, malaria and lymphatic philariasis. Over 10,000 persons reached so far and still counting
- Research into the Various Neglected Tropical Diseases in Taraba State and Its Environment and Preparation of Actionable Recommendations. Over 50 Research Projects done so far and still counting.
- Development projects impact assessment in over 250 communities
- Gembu Refugee Outreach: Over 2000 Southern Cameron Refugees reached
- Internship Programmes: Over 100 Intern Trained so far.
